Adding a new FAQ

To add a new FAQ, go to the left hand side under FAQs and click “Add New”.

1. Enter title for FAQ
2. Add icon
3. Add Question and Answer by clicking “Add FAQ”.
4. Click “FAQ Type” tab and select “Single Content” (for specific page or post) or “Multiple Types of Content” (for a post type).
5. On the right hand side, designate “FAQ Type” to categorize FAQ.
6. Click “Publish”.

Hiding FAQs

If you have a post/page you want to hide a FAQ on a particular post, click on “FAQ” tab and click on box “Hide this section?”.
