Notifications Form Replies
To ensure staff is responding to the inquirer when replying to a form submission, follow these steps.
Click on the form you want to edit. Find the Settings Tab, then the Notifications tab.
Once on Notifications, scroll down to the, “Reply To” field. On the right of the field you can choose which fields are mapped to the notification field. Choose the email field.
That will insert a shortcode so that when staff goes to hit reply, it will automatically reply to the inquirer instead of the admin email.
Remember to click Update Notification to save your changes.
